A malt-driven spirit that is incredibly balanced, soft and layered. A blending of sherry, bourbon and wine casks is used in the maturation process and results in a well-rounded whisky with a lovely depth of character. Ripe cherry and blossom honey alight from the delicate nose, while the palate has beautiful ginger and cinnamon spice, honey and sticky toffee sweetness and a muted hint of smoke to finish. Outstanding, and a great way to introduce yourself to the vibrant world of Japanese whisky.
