A blend of only 8 to 12 barrels per batch from three unique recipes including some 20yr old whiskey. The palate is honeyed and sweet with brown sugar and baking spice with savory pastry and stone fruit notes. The generous finish is all chewy caramels and vanilla bean with a bit of barrel char.
