A classic Kentucky Bourbon, this is always a good staple for your home bar. Made from a high rye mash, very similar to the original recipe developed in 1796, this whiskey has a spicy aroma of breakfast tea and peppermint bark. On the spicy, light-bodied palate the rye grains are evident, as are notes of cracked black pepper and orange blossom honey. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of cinnamon and baking spice.
