The first proprietary bottling from our Brooklyn-based friends at PM Spirits, this bourbon is distilled from a high-rye mash and aged to perfection for eight years. The nose on this has so many layers, it's hard to know where to start! Notes include fresh apple pie, orange blossom honey, holiday ham, and grilled sourdough bread. The palate is equally complex, carrying many of the aromas through and developing into caramel, clove, black peppercorn and more. A unique and beautiful achievement.
