Each year, Garrison releases a new, vintaged bottling of Small Batch Bourbon, which marries several bourbons together, all having matured for at least 4 years before blending. What you have in your dram is a rich, velvety nose of caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, nutmeg and coconut. The finish is smooth and buttery, like warm caramelized sugar crackling and melting its way across your tongue. Don't hide this whiskey in a cocktail, sip and savor this one neat or with just a cube or two to really let it open up.
