FEW Bourbon

Evanston, Illinois, was the home of the Temperance movement and had been a dry city for nearly a century's time. Upon founding FEW Spirits, Paul Hletko, attorney-turned-master distiller, stepped up and helped to have century-old prohibition laws overturned, to become the city's first grain spirit distiller since the early 1900s. FEW works true small batches by hand, all under their own roof and watchful eye, and the proof is absolutely in each bottle. Aromas of honeysuckle, clove and chocolate orange gives way to cherry, vanilla and caramel on the rich palate. The finish is noticeably spicy, with cinnamon and white pepper notes that provide a smooth and lasting finish. This is definitely a whiskey to pour for any friend who remains a non-believer in American whiskey made outside of Kentucky's Bourbon Belt. *Spirits available for in-store pickup & local delivery.
