Named for Gray Jay Birds (or "Camp Robbers) for their fearlessness and tenacity, this takes 16 month-old organic Bourbon and combines it with apple brandy and fresh apple cider. A Whiskey/Applejack hybrid that harmonizes sweetness from the Bourbon, acidity and spice from the cider, and body from the brandy.
