Handcrafted in small batches, this Texas single malt has a nose of dried figs, caramelized sugar, rich nutmeg and spicy cinnamon. Initially, the palate shows flambeed pears and baking spice, which leads to notes of toasty malt and a subtle nuttiness. The warming finish ends with delicate roasted hazelnut and a hint of smoke.
