Made from Hopi Blue Corn, Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky is the first to be made in Texas since Prohibition. This round and rich whiskey has aromas of freshly baked bread, with strong notes of butter and masa corn meal predominating. On the palate, hints of marzipan, toasted almonds, smoked chilies and dark chocolate bring depth and balance.
