The vineyard manager at Stolpman is Maria Solorzano who is known by her team as "Maria of the Owls". This wine named in tribute to her, and is a dazzlingly fresh expression of Central Coast Syrah. A nice dose of carbonic maceration creates a bright, ligted nose of violets and red fruit, with nice acidity for food.
