Made from a blend of 85% Bordeaux wines 15% fruit liqueurs, Lillet belongs in a family of aperitif known as Tonic Wines because of the addition of Chinchona Bark which contains Quinine. A delicate floral sweetness is set against a gentle vegetal bitterness.
