Dolin Dry Vermouth 750ml

The house of Dolin dates back to the early 1800s, and is the last independently owned company still producing Vermouth de Chambery. Vermouth, which derives its name for the German word for Wormwood (a classic ingredient), is a wine that has been aromatized and flavored with various botanicals. Dolin still uses real plants and the addition of real sugar, rather than artificial sweeteners and pre-prepared infusions, as many large-scale houses now use. Dolin Dry is produced using Dolin is produced using a blend of herbs, roots, spices and botanicals, including the very traditional Wormwood. Light and herbaceous on the palate, there is a very delicate sweetness, with tropical flavors that give way to drier, herbal notes, and a bitter clove finish. The perfect vermouth to make a classic 1:1 Martini, and an elegant addition to a Dry Manhattan. *Spirits available for in-store pickup & local delivery.
