Built on a foundation of Vermentino and Muscat wine, with a bitterness earned from a maceration of cinchona bark and local citrus, along with a blend of other herbs and spices. This has bitter aromas of dried herbs, balanced with sweet floral honeysuckle and elderflower. Quinine bitterness grows gradually on the palate, along with zesty lemon, white pepper and lemongrass.
