

This certified organic distillery produces gorgeous, supremely balanced tequilas that are way too good not to sip on their own. This starts out as all of their spirits, with estate-grown organic agave from the lowlands roasted in stone ovens for 2 days before being distilled. This "2" bottling is then aged for 6 months in new American oak. Pure notes of grass and delicate spice show through from the agave, and are mellowed gently with subtle vanilla from the oak.
