A project from our ever-trusted friends at PM Spirits, this is a dynamic white rum is distilled from molasses at a site in Panama that is rich with distilling history. A bright, floral and molasses-forward rum, this is distilled at 95% ABV before being sent to Jerez, Spain, where it is proofed down to 84% ABV and conditioned for bottling. Round and full-bodied, this goes down smoothly on its own, with a squeeze of lime and a few big ice cubes.
