Clairin "Vaval" Rhum Agricole

Produced from the fresh-pressed juice of the Madame Meuze species of sugar cane, this funky, potent, exceptional Agricole Rhum is fermented using wild yeasts, in open-top fermenters, and is rested but remains unaged before bottling without water or any additive of any kind. What pours out of the bottle is floral, herbaceous and saline, with notes that really evoke the terroir and bring the land to life right there in your glass. Completely delicious when served simply on the rocks, but try subbing this in place of Cachaça in a classic Caipirinha.
