"Beblenheim" is a dry, biodynamic Gewürztraminer that presents the complex aromas typical of the varietal yet none of the sweetness often associated with it. Trapet, together with Frederic Lafarge, Dominique Lafon, and others, were some of the pioneers in natural viticulture.
