Made from 50-year-old vines located on the lieu-dit Sous la Velle, this is probably the most elegant of Boisson's wines. This gem is weighty and fruit-forward, with notes of stone fruit, citrus, wet rocks, and fresh, doughy brioche. Perfect with seafood dishes or creamy pasta sauces.
