"Cailleret" is an excellent example of Burgundy - on the nose a refined bouquet, full of floral notes and hints of fruit, while on the palate, it's tasty, vibrant, and full of fresh fruit (mostly red berries and cherries), with herbaceous and woody notes, finishing with a mineral edge.
