Indigenous to the NE, these beautiful Beach Plums were plucked from Long Island and combined with Turbinado Sugar and Greenhook's American Dry Gin for an extremely aromatic, tangy liqueur that brings English Sloe Gin quickly to mind. Sweet without being cloying, the Beach Plum really comes through in the initial taste and the midpalate, with a zippy, fruity bite. Medium in body, this has a clean finish that showcases the beautiful botanicals from the gin.
