Genepy (or génépi) is named for the Alpine flower (a relative of wormwood) that gives the liqueur its distinctive bitter profile. In addition to wormwood, Alpe also infuses oregano, mint and cinnamon, among other ingredients, into the grain-based alcohol. Perfect when served as a digestif and works EFFORTLESSLY in cocktails.
