FEW Breakfast Gin

Evanston, Illinois, was the home of the Temperance movement and had been a dry city for nearly a century's time. Upon founding FEW Spirits, Paul Hletko, attorney-turned-master distiller, stepped up and helped to have century-old prohibition laws overturned, to become the city's first grain spirit distiller since the early 1900s. FEW works true small batches by hand, all under their own roof and watchful eye, and the proof is absolutely in each bottle. Their Breakfast Gin is distilled using juniper, lemon peel and Earl Grey tea, and proves that Gin is no longer just an evening time libation, but rather one fit for breakfast, lunch, tea time...or really any time. Dominated by rich aromas of Bergamot and heady notes of juniper, the palate is equally herbaceous and bracing, with tannic structure from the tea. Mix this with Maraschino Liqueur, Creme de Violette and fresh lemon juice for a dazzling version of a tried and true classic cocktail.
