For this Gin, a 100% apple-based spirit, Neversink does a second distillation through a blend of eleven botanicals, all chosen for their natural affinity with apples. Included in the botanical bill are citrus, start anise, cinnamon, elderflower and, of course, Juniper. The result is a full-flavored Gin that is balanced, floral, and highly aromatic.
