This is a collaboration between two Burgundy producers with serious cults behind their respective labels who also happen to be married. Claire Naudin and Jean-Yves Bizot started this project in 2016 as a contingency plan for the devastating frosts ravaging Burgundy. They source the grapes here from the Saint-Pourçain AOC in Auvergne. The Gamay is handled with all the prowess you'd expect from seasoned Burgundy producers: pure elegance that you could gulp up in a heartbeat if the nose wasn't so worth savoring.
