Look at that burro on the bottle! You should buy one just to take that little guy home. Luckily the wine is just as joyful, black cherry fruited and juicy at the head but earthy and savory at the tail. From Daniel Ramos, the Godfather of Gredos Garnacha and a dude with some very old vines. The wine sees no manipulation in the cellar and is fermented in stainless steel with the least amount of sulfur possible at bottling.
