Vibrantly aromatic, supported by punchy fruit and fresh acidity. All the sites were harvested and vinified separately then blended and aged in 50% concrete tank and 50% neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. A Bordeaux style red that's truly exceptional. Pair it with food or let it develop over a few years, the tannins will soften. A powerful, old-school delight.
