This is a classic expression of a Côtes du Rhône. Full and velvety with well-integrated tannin, and loaded with buoyant flavors of raspberry, blackberry, baking spice, dried herbs, pepper and savory earth. Great with gamy meats like Lamb, but also very easy to gulp all on its own.
