Located in Niigata, Kamonishiki has been crafting high quality sake since 1893 and is currently headed by Yuichi Tanaka, who took over sake making at the age of 24. This is his signature “Nifudazake” that uses the info tags hung from sake tanks as labels. This is a lively, delicate sake with notes of white peach, pineapple, and honeydew with a soft, silky palate. Serve chilled.
