Matsumoto’s Shuhari is a fresh, light Junmai that has a slightly spritzy palate with a soft, dry finish. Matsumoto was founded in 1791 in Kyoto, they use the soft Miyamizu well water and Gohyakumangoku rice from the Toyama prefecture. Serve chilled.
