The hits keep coming from Monteraponi. The aromatics are wide open in this excellent year for one of the highest-elevation Sangioveses produced in Chianti. A hint of dusty smoke marries beautifully with sappy cherry fruit and spice. Should age beautifully but we can't keep our hands off it now!
