Cedric Bouchard produces some of most unique wines in all of Champagne. Brutally dry, with a slightly lower pressure, they are "vinous" sparkling wines. Cedric wants you to taste these as terroir wines first, celebratory sparklers second. This bottling is all pinot noir.
