This is Malbec planted near the coast of Chile on sand and granite soils, partially fermented with stems, aged in old oak and concrete, and held in bottle for several years before release. Fabulous acidity lifts red fruits and floral notes up through the glass, reminding of as much of Tuscany or Cahors as Chile. Excellent.
