

This Pinot dominated Champagne is made in a relatively unique style, utilizing the Solera method. The blend of vintages provides a tremendous depth of flavor, delivering soft spice and toasted bread on a supple palate with great acidity and strong length. Flavors of fresh pear, Meyer lemon and flinty minerals enliven this Champagne and make for a very well-rounded and contemplative wine.
