Mostly Pinot Noir, this Grower Champagne from the region of Bouzy exemplifies elegance in bubbles. Unusually light on its feet, this salmon hued wine has excellent focus, clarity and precision of fruit here; there's no yeast or weight in this special package. Very small production.
