Our favorite producer of Organic Cava also makes a delicious rose, from a blend of Grenache, which brings in flavors of ripe red strawberry fruit, and Trepat, which adds a hint of herbal spiciness. A charming wine appropriate for any occasion, but makes a particularly nice pairing with spicy Indian cuisine.
