There may be no more delicious pairing in the history of gastronomy than rich, fatty cured meat and a frothy glass of dry lambrusco. We carry an extensive selection of the world's most well-known RED sparkling wine. This Saturday, Tim Farrell will be popping 4 of his favorites from the shelves and Daniel Freeman of the 3-star Il Buco Alimentare will slice up a few of his house-cured salumi and fresh baked bread to accompany the bubble. MANGIA!!!</p>
